Your service.xbox.com site still hasn't been updated, and I don't feel like waiting on hold for 15 minutes just to talk to somebody with such a heavy Indian accent, that I can barely understand them.

I swear I'm this close (*holds up fingers like an inch apart...just so we're clear) to going to get a PS3 for $350.

I just googled Mitch Jones and it brought up this blog. I too just sent out my xbox from the Dallas area and it was sent to McAllen. I am actually from McAllen and there is no microsoft anything down there, it's a city of 100,000 near the Mexico border. Do you know what's up with all of this?

I have no idea. I know that's where Microsoft seems to send all the 360 consoles to get repaired. I figured they had some sort of factory down there. Maybe they just hired another company to repair them.

julie and thomas...i JUST got off the phone with xbox and they say this happens all the time...he says ups is showing that my xbox is delivered by mitch jones, but he shows no record of them recieiving it..so i guess microsoft gets so many sendbacks that some just get lost in space?? lol but call xbox off the phone u subscribed to ur 360 when you called to get the box,it should ask if u wanna ask about ur console, then just explain to the guy, give ur info, and he'll further help by writing ups and getting everything straightened out =D

I googled Mitch as well after I saw that he received my Xbox from UPS. Besides this site, I also found his home address: http://maps.google.com/maps?li=rwp&q=1944+Zenaida+Ave,+Mcallen,+TX+78504&ie=UTF8&ll=26.354959,-98.134003&spn=0.601735,0.915985&z=10&iwloc=addr&om=0
Man, I love Google... now, if I could only have my Xbox back maybe I could get off the internet. Wonder if Mitch accepts bribes to send me back an Elite?
